Ingredients
3 ounces chunk light tuna , drained
2 tablespoons fresh parsley , chopped
1/2 lemon, juice of
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1 dash salt and pepper
2 whole wheat tortillas
1/2 cup baby spinach
Directions
1—Combine tuna with parsley, lemon, oil, tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
2—Place on tortilla.
3—Top with baby spinich.
4—And roll them up.
